Corporate Management

Corporations have the same origins as sovereign states, and vice versa: the need to work together, to be protected, to have a secure future, and to develop by providing employees-citizens with a predictable future. The interests of corporations should ideally align with those of the state. By collaborating in different areas of activity, a socio-economic balance can be achieved. The principles that underpin corporate management must in no way negatively affect the activity of other economic agents, the state, or the population.
