The Innovation Management seminar course provides students with a practical understanding of how innovation processes are initiated, developed, managed, and implemented within organizations. Innovation management refers to the systematic management of product, process, and organizational innovation and involves a set of approaches and tools that enable managers, specialists, and teams to collaborate around common processes and goals.
Through case studies, practical exercises, group work, discussions, and problem-solving activities, students will explore key concepts and tools of innovation management, analyze real-world innovation practices, and develop solutions to innovation-related challenges. The seminars aim to strengthen students’ analytical, creative, teamwork, and decision-making skills, preparing them to contribute effectively to innovation processes in contemporary organizations.
