Work psychology is the discipline that orients the student towards the activity of an organizational psychologist. The course content analyzes changes in the world of work and attitudes towards work, the relationship between work, work behaviors and the relationship between work and leisure, work attachment and the quality of work life. The student can also analyze, from a practical perspective, personnel selection, fatigue and professional demand, professional adaptation and others.
